About the role

The Litigation Paralegal works on‑site supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process—pre‑trial, trial and post‑trial—by preparing filings, managing discovery, coordinating depositions, and assisting with case strategy and settlements.

Requirements

  • Associate degree, certificate or equivalent work experience (preferred)
  • 2+ years of litigation experience (preferred)
  • Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred)
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage workload with minimal supervision and a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in calendaring depositions, mediations and hearings
  • Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures
  • Highly organized with ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • On‑site work requirement
