Workday DC Architect

About the role

As a Data Conversion Architect at Invisors you will lead the data conversion workstream on Workday projects, coach junior consultants, manage design and delivery, collaborate with functional architects and other domain leads, contribute to project planning and budgeting, develop solutions across workstreams, and support internal business growth and team development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Workday data conversion experience
• Prior consulting experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• SQL skills (preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading data conversion workstreams on multiple Workday projects
• Data analysis or conversion experience in multiple industries
• Experience with Workday Data Conversion and Workday tenant migration tools
• Preferred experience building complex solutions using Workday reporting tools
• Must reside and work within the United States
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without future employment-based visa sponsorship
• Full-time W2 position; no C2C or contract arrangements
