Requirements

• Valid Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant electrical experience, including battery backups, EV chargers, or whole‑home generators.
• “Fix‑it‑right‑the‑first‑time” mindset and ability to explain technical concepts to crews and inspectors.
• Strong communication skills for explaining work and corrections to installers, inspectors, and homeowners.
