About the role
The Warehouse Launch Associate owns both physical site setup and operational training for new satellite warehouses, building racking, floor layouts, and hardware while onboarding and certifying warehouse and last‑mile teams to ensure sites are ready for day‑one operations.

Requirements
- 1+ years experience in warehouse operations, facilities setup, logistics, or operational training
- Comfortable with physical labor such as racking, floor taping, moving equipment, and extended standing or walking
- Strong presentation and coaching skills, able to lead small‑to‑medium group training sessions
- Baseline technical literacy to configure basic hardware and navigate WMS/LMS software (training provided)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with checklists and training records
- Willing and able to travel frequently to launch sites
