The REMOTE Valorant Coach/Instructor is a part‑time, virtual position working Eastern Standard Time hours to create an engaging esports experience for students, manage and coach technology‑based clubs, track participation data, ensure policy compliance, and support students in linking club activities to their academic and career goals.

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of successful experience on esports/gaming platforms or equivalent education/experience
• Commitment to the virtual academy’s mission and inclusive culture
• Strong subject‑matter knowledge relevant to esports and related clubs
• Ability to support and guide both adult participants and students
• Familiarity with K12 database applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and time‑management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and web tools
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Ability to pass a required background check
• Preference for Indiana residents; candidates in Eastern Time Zone considered
• Availability to work Eastern Standard Time hours
• Ability to work remotely as a virtual employee/contractor
