About the role
The Validation Technician builds and maintains test infrastructure—bench and fixture assemblies, wiring harnesses, enclosures and rack systems—to enable Base to validate new hardware and software, documenting builds for rapid replication and ensuring 24/7 readiness.

Requirements
- Hands‑on experience wiring harnesses—including cutting, stripping, labeling, and documenting the work
- Experience building both low‑voltage signal harnesses from schematics and 240/480 V power circuits
- Experience designing or fabricating enclosures, mounting brackets, or racking systems
- Comfort using power tools and a variety of fabrication equipment
- Team‑first mentality with goal‑oriented drive and proactive communication
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical work, fabrication, motorsports, aerospace, or a similar hands‑on technical role; apprenticeships and trade training count
