About the role
The Trading Specialist on the Middle Office Trading team will support daily risk management, handle operational tasks, resolve escalations, and drive automation and AI‑assisted workflows across trading operations, working in‑person at the Lake Mary, FL, Denver, CO, or Chicago, IL office at least three days a week.

Requirements
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or equivalent)
- Active FINRA Series 4 license
- Familiarity with Robinhood’s Options Onboarding process
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on improving client experience
- Demonstrated expertise in complex financial products such as options, equities, and margin
- Ability to work flexible hours, including outside regular schedule and across time zones
- Comfort working autonomously, multitasking, and prioritizing in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with SQL, Python, and/or AI tooling (LLM assistants, agentic workflows) is a plus
