About the role

The Test Suite Account Executive sells UiPath’s automated testing solution to federal, state, local government, public education and other public‑sector entities. Acting as a solution specialist, the role partners with sales executives to build pipeline, provide technical expertise, and close deals that address modernization, compliance and mission‑delivery needs of public‑sector clients.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of enterprise software experience with expertise in automated software testing
  • In‑depth knowledge of DevOps, Agile development and CI/CD concepts and tools, especially in government IT modernization
  • Familiarity with public‑sector procurement processes, contract vehicles and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, Section 508, ATO/RMF) or ability to quickly learn them
  • Ability to learn fast and thrive in a hyper‑growth environment with longer public‑sector sales cycles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non‑technical government audiences
  • Demonstrated leadership and initiative driving specialty sales in public‑sector accounts, including prospecting, negotiating and closing
  • Proven track record of meeting progressively higher quotas with diverse government customers and interfacing with agency leadership
  • Strong understanding of public‑sector business models, budget cycles and procurement environment
  • Willingness to work remotely in the United States with up to 50% travel, often to agency headquarters
