The Technology Recruiter acts as a professional networker and relationship builder within the IT community, partnering with Business Development Managers to source and place candidates for project and direct‑hire roles ranging from help‑desk support to senior leadership positions, driving talent acquisition and delivery strategy.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (or 3+ years IT recruitment experience in lieu of degree)
- 1–3 years technology recruiting experience (3+ years acceptable)
- Active membership in IT community or networking groups
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Bullhorn preferred
- Ability to work with urgency, meet tight deadlines, organized, detail‑oriented, results‑driven
- Strong verbal and written communication, emotional and social intelligence, adaptability, leadership, relationship‑building, diligence
- Willingness to travel <10% for conferences or client sites
