Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program management experience delivering complex multi‑team programs where no single team owned the full outcome
• Deep technical intuition—able to read design docs, uncover unstated assumptions, and discuss sequencing with senior engineers
• Proven track record of large‑scale delivery, owning external commitments such as GA releases, launches, or regulated enterprise deadlines
• Strong organizational influence—sets agenda with minimal oversight and moves teams that don’t report to you despite ambiguity or competing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective with both technical and executive audiences
• Judgment to apply just enough process to move fast while maintaining rigor, and discipline to eliminate ineffective processes
