Technical Implementation Consultant

About the role

The Technical Implementation Consultant drives post‑sale implementation of the OneTrust platform, acting as the primary technical liaison between the company and customers. Responsibilities include end‑to‑end SaaS deployments, adoption support, risk management, issue resolution, and representing customer needs to product and engineering teams while collaborating across sales, professional services and product groups.

Requirements

• BA/BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Web Design/Development, Engineering Management, IT/Systems or related field
• 2–5 years relevant experience in software development, professional services, solution engineering, technical consulting or advanced degree
• Experience with HTTP, SSO, SSL certificates, networking, and API integrations
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python
• Familiarity with Jira/Atlassian Suite
• Exposure to systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Eloqua, Marketo, ServiceNow
• Strong customer‑facing relationship building skills and enthusiasm for working directly with customers
• Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Sales, Professional Services, Support, Customer Success, Product Management)
• End‑to‑end implementation experience on SaaS platforms/products
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to chair meetings or host webinars
• Strategic and critical thinking, problem‑solving, decision‑making capabilities
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders in marketing, sales, engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset for fast‑changing SaaS environment
• Working knowledge of implementation practices: configuration, testing, deployment processes
• Coachable, organized, strong communication and critical thinking
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to travel 10‑20%
