Team Lead, Learning and Development (Contract, Remote)

The Team Lead, Learning and Development will coordinate the Instructional Design team’s projects, manage timelines, approvals and stakeholder communication, oversee limited own e‑learning design work, and drive process improvements to scale INFUSE Academy’s operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of mid-/senior‑level instructional design or similar L&D experience.
• At least 1 year of team coordination, leadership, or project management experience in learning or related fields.
• Strong AI literacy; experience creating custom GPTs and scaling solutions across teams is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with experience managing change within teams.
• Proven stakeholder management ability to network and build internal and external relationships.
• Highly organized with proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adjust plans based on shifting priorities.
• Team player who keeps things moving while fostering a collaborative, supportive environment.
• Impeccable oral and written English skills.
