As Team Lead in the appraisal‑review department you will lead a team that validates vehicle reports, auction data and related processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and KPI delivery while driving process improvements and supporting cross‑functional projects.

Requirements

• Completed automotive apprenticeship or relevant professional experience (e.g., mechanic, mechatronics, automotive trade) or strong personal interest in vehicles with willingness to learn vehicle valuation and quality inspection
• High ownership mindset; act as first point of contact for the team and proactively solve cross‑team process issues
• Experience in team leadership or comparable management role, preferably in a technical or quality‑assurance environment
• Experience in quality assurance, ideally in vehicle or auction contexts
• Ability to motivate, develop and set clear goals for team members
• High independence and reliability in process control
• Confident presentation and strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient with Office applications and quick to learn new systems
• Very good German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2) language skills
