About the role

The Enterprise RCM Operations Team Lead acts as the operational lead and subject‑matter expert for enterprise client accounts, extending the client’s revenue‑cycle team. The role oversees accounts receivable, billing and payment posting, drives performance improvements, conducts root‑cause analysis, leads a team, and partners with Client Success Managers and client stakeholders to ensure efficient, high‑quality revenue‑cycle operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience managing day‑to‑day billing and collections team functions, including reviewing, coding, and collecting professional services in healthcare revenue cycle
• Proven ability to navigate the complexities of revenue‑cycle management within the healthcare industry
• Proactive change‑agent capable of driving organizational transformation and leading change‑management initiatives
• Strong leadership, strategic vision, and ability to implement innovative solutions
• Exceptional supervisory competencies with demonstrated experience in team development, coaching, mentoring, and situational assessment; track record of building high‑performing teams and fostering continuous improvement
• Proficiency with Google for Business, Microsoft Excel, and Word; familiarity with clearinghouses and SaaS billing/collections platforms is highly desirable
• Compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding protection of patient health information
