About the role
The CRM Developer (Braze) will lead the rebuild and optimisation of email templates and reusable messaging components for a major insurance client migration, ensuring high‑fidelity, scalable, maintainable assets in Braze while collaborating with marketing, data and engineering teams to deliver defect‑free production releases.

Requirements
- 4–5 years experience in CRM development, email development, or marketing technology implementation
- Strong hands‑on experience with Braze building production‑ready email assets (essential)
- Advanced HTML and CSS skills, including responsive and modular email template design
- Proven experience supporting CRM platform migrations, including asset rebuilds and data integration considerations
- Ability to work in regulated enterprise environments; financial services or insurance experience is a plus
