The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with all departments to assess hiring needs, own the full recruitment cycle, enhance hiring quality and candidate experience, and support Medsien’s rapid growth from Istanbul.

Requirements

• University degree in social sciences, management or economics
• Minimum of 2 + years experience in recruitment
• Competency in computer skills
• Experience with recruiting sourcing tools, HR systems, spreadsheets and collaborative tools
• Creative, driven, able to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self‑starter who can work well with individuals at all levels
• Naturally curious, open to new approaches and eager to learn
• People‑centred approach, approachable and empathetic as a go‑to HR contact
• Discretion, reliability and strong focus on security and privacy when handling personal data
• Perfect written and oral English skills
• Residence in Istanbul city centre
