Systems Engineer

About the role

The role bridges traditional IT administration with modern DevOps and Zero Trust architecture, ensuring operational efficiency, process automation, and seamless workflows for global employees.

Requirements

• Experience managing hybrid cloud environments, especially AWS, with virtualization and Docker containerization
• Expertise in identity management using Okta integrated with Entra ID or Google Workspace, and administration of Linux, Windows, and macOS
• Ability to design Zero Trust network architectures using Cisco Meraki, Wireguard, and manage endpoint security with Jamf Pro or VMware Workspace ONE
• Operational approach based on ITIL v4, using monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana, and managing service workflows in Jira or Freshservice
• Ability to take full ownership of system health and security, resolve complex architectural issues, and communicate across teams
• Success in dynamic environments with flexibility to adapt priorities while focusing on security and efficiency
• Customer‑centric mindset focused on improving internal service levels and reducing user friction
• Strong relationship‑building skills with stakeholders, vendors, and non‑technical teams
• Calm and decisive under stressful situations such as outages or compliance audits
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or n8n
• Experience with corporate systems and databases such as SQL, NetSuite, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance audits, e.g., ISO 27001 or SOC 2
