The Strategic Finance role supports financial planning, business analysis and day‑to‑day finance operations, partnering with leadership and cross‑functional teams to understand performance, allocate resources, manage spend and build scalable finance processes in a hands‑on, fast‑changing environment.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, accounting, startup finance, or related field
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear recommendations
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standard for accuracy
  • Strong organizational and project‑management skills
  • Ability to manage both strategic projects and recurring operational work
  • Clear, thoughtful communication with colleagues, vendors, and external partners
  • Proactive, low‑ego approach with willingness to take ownership
  • Comfort operating in fast‑changing environment with incomplete information
  • Nice to have: experience at early‑stage or rapidly growing technology company
  • Nice to have: familiarity with accounting, month‑end close, and financial statements
  • Nice to have: experience with financial planning, accounting, procurement, or spend‑management systems
