Staff Product Designer, Education Agents

Staff Product Designer leading the zero‑to‑one Coursework Management initiative at the intersection of Superhuman Go and Grammarly’s educational tools. Owns end‑to‑end design for student, instructor and admin experiences, sets vision, and partners with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑craft AI‑native products for education.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience with a track record of owning complex, cross‑surface problems end‑to‑end
• Ability to operate at a Staff level, setting direction, influencing partners, and raising quality beyond individual projects
• Experience in the educational space (bonus) or genuine interest in learning
• Experience designing AI‑native products, handling model behavior, uncertainty, constraints, and user trust as core design concerns
• Deep curiosity about emerging AI‑native products and experiences
• Demonstrated strength in design craft with a portfolio showing polished UI, thoughtful interaction design, and strong attention to detail
• Strong systems thinking, able to reason across user experience and agent behavior
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, manage priorities across multiple initiatives, collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, and thrive in fast‑paced, results‑driven environments
