About the role
The Machine Learning Engineer will design and implement scalable ML pipelines for multiple insurance use cases, lead and mentor junior engineers, ensure production‑grade deployment, build reusable infrastructure and CI/CD for ML/LLM workloads, and champion observability, testing, and monitoring standards.

Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Strong focus on leveraging large language models for the past 2 years.
- Expertise designing scalable and robust machine learning pipelines for both classical ML and LLM applications.
- Knowledge of automating and monitoring ML workflows to ensure consistent model performance in production.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, including deploying models, managing cloud resources, and using APIs for data intake, storage, and processing.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
