The Technical Lead, Machine Learning owns the execution layer of A1’s intelligence, turning research direction into reliable, scalable, production‑grade ML systems, working at the intersection of research, infrastructure and product.

Requirements
- Experience building or shipping real ML systems used by end users, not just demos.
- Comfort working with large models and understanding their failure modes.
- Ability to write strong, production‑grade code with focus on system correctness.
- Self‑directed, pragmatic mindset with full ownership of outcomes.
- Clear communication and strong collaboration skills in small, high‑trust teams.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with PyTorch or JAX.
- Experience with GPU‑based training and inference systems.
