The Staff Buyer will join the Procurement team to manage purchase orders, supplier relationships and delivery of critical materials for key programs, collaborating across engineering, manufacturing and program teams in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.
- 12+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurement.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Ability to relocate and work onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus (preferred).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills (preferred).
