About the role

The Senior Marketing Coordinator serves as an extension of technical teams, leading persuasive writing and pursuit strategies for market and geographic service areas, managing proposals, interview presentations, client events, award submissions, client intelligence and market research, while guiding the pursuit process from inception to selection on a flexible hybrid schedule.

Requirements

  • Minimum six years of marketing experience securing work through competitive processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Journalism or related field (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical and conversational‑style writing, proofreading and editing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, decision‑making and time‑management abilities; ability to manage multiple high‑priority tasks with strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on both local and remote multidisciplinary teams across Olsson offices.
  • Experience developing and deploying marketing strategies to win work, including proposals, statements‑of‑qualifications, presentations and other collateral.
  • Proven competency with data‑management software and ability to gather, maintain and analyze project‑related data.
  • Self‑motivation, initiative and ability to work with limited direction.
  • Ability to mentor or guide less experienced staff.
