The Senior Maintenance Engineer leads maintenance strategy, equipment reliability and cross‑site standardization for battery‑cell and BESS module manufacturing lines, owning the Maintenance Operating System, predictive‑maintenance programs and major capital projects to ensure near‑100% uptime.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 7+ years progressive maintenance engineering experience, including leading equipment reliability programs and mentoring staff
- Advanced computer proficiency and strong communication skills for training and coaching
- Ability to work across various shifts and travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Decisive under pressure with rapid data‑driven decision making
- Adaptability to startup manufacturing ambiguity and process development
- Business‑partner mindset to translate maintenance needs into actionable strategies
- ONE FORD leadership with strong interpersonal and team‑building abilities
- Preferred: 7‑10+ years high‑volume manufacturing experience
- Preferred: Proven Lean implementation leadership
- Preferred: Advanced AutoCAD and Maximo proficiency
