Sr Developer - Full Stack

The Senior Full‑Stack Developer in Memphis will work onsite across all phases of the software lifecycle—design, integration, maintenance—while mentoring the team, defining best practices, and turning UI mockups into accessible, cross‑browser web applications in a cloud‑native environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive software development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Familiarity with AWS/cloud technologies and expertise with AWS services
• Experience with event‑driven microservices architecture and deploying applications in AWS
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps)
• Hands‑on experience with serverless and container technologies on AWS (Lambda, Fargate, ECS)
• High‑level proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular
• Experience with server‑side C# development
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)
• Proficiency with Git or other version‑control systems
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, especially in crisis situations
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Ability to make decisions amid ambiguity and rapid change
• Highly self‑motivated with strong time‑management and delivery focus
• Preferred: experience in financial services or broker/dealer environment
• Preferred: AI/ML infrastructure experience including AWS SageMaker, Glue, Comprehend, Lex, Polly, and MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow or Vertex AI
• Preferred: background or interest in mathematics or financial modeling
