About the role
The Sr. Data Analytics Engineer will design, build, and support data models, dashboards, and a modern data warehouse for cross‑functional business units, collaborating with data analysts, platform engineers, and governance teams to enable self‑serve reporting and data‑driven decisions, all in a fully remote US‑based role.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible software engineering experience
- At least 2 years developing and supporting SAP HANA, Business Objects, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) platforms
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical design of data models for SAC analytics
- 3+ years designing and developing analytical queries, reports and visualizations using Tableau
- 2+ years experience with dbt as a data orchestration tool
- 2+ years experience working within a CI/CD framework
- 2+ years experience with Snowflake virtual warehouses and data modeling
- Knowledge of HVR replication for data ingestion
- Proficiency in Python and Java programming
- Strong understanding of fundamental data architecture and design
- Advanced SQL skills and data transformation expertise
- Ability to gather and translate functional and technical requirements
- Experience troubleshooting data anomalies and providing production support
