The Stormwater Operations Group Manager (Sr. Capital Projects Officer) leads stormwater operations in the Transportation and Public Works Department, overseeing a team of 88 staff through two supervisors, maintaining 1,000+ miles of drains and related assets, and driving culture, innovation, data‑driven processes and best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in project/program management, construction management, engineering, landscape architecture, planning, public administration, business administration or related field
- Minimum five years of progressively responsible administrative experience with a local government entity, as employee, consultant or contractor
- Conversant with technical and physical aspects of stormwater best practices (preferred)
- Operations or group management experience (preferred)
- Hands‑on experience using business analytics tools to evaluate operational performance and support data‑driven decision‑making (preferred)
- Experience coordinating with senior leaders, stakeholders and multiple organizations on high‑visibility or sensitive challenges (preferred)
- Affiliation with construction, management, or stormwater industry organizations (preferred)
