The Senior BI Developer will design and implement Power BI solutions and a Power BI Center of Excellence to enable organization‑wide self‑service reporting and data‑driven decision‑making, collaborating with business partners and leading analytical asset development.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 7+ years of Business Intelligence experience, including at least 2 years hands‑on with Power BI as an enterprise platform
- 2+ years leading BI teams or managing cross‑functional BI initiatives
- Proven experience designing and implementing end‑to‑end Power BI solutions within complex Enterprise IT ecosystems, integrating with centralized data platforms and ERP systems such as Oracle
- Prior domain knowledge in Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance or similar
- Experience creating and managing a Power BI Center of Excellence
- Experience working with Agile methodology
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work across diverse groups and domains
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences
- Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA
- Preferred: Experience in CPG, hard goods, or retail industry
- Preferred: Knowledge and experience building scalable BI infrastructure
- Preferred: Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
- Preferred: Experience designing and implementing modern data platform architecture
