The engineering internship is a full‑time, in‑person role in San Francisco where you will work on a variety of projects such as large‑scale keyword search, web crawling systems, and vector‑database engineering, with flexibility to align tasks to your skills and interests.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
• Available to take a full‑time semester off and work onsite in San Francisco (remote or part‑time not accepted)
• Experience with a high‑performance language such as C++ or Rust
• Demonstrated history of building technically difficult or interesting projects for fun
• Strong interest in the problem of high‑quality information retrieval
• Eligibility for visa sponsorship (e.g., STEM OPT, OPT, H‑1B, O‑1, E‑3)
