About the role
As a Software Engineer on the Data Infrastructure & Acquisition side of Speechify’s AI team, you will own data collection and ingestion pipelines that feed petabyte‑scale model training, integrating cloud infrastructure, engineering and research to deliver high‑quality datasets.

Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of industry software development experience.
- Proficiency with bash and Python scripting in Linux environments.
- Experience with Docker and Infrastructure‑as‑Code, and professional use of at least one major cloud provider (GCP).
- Experience with web crawlers or large‑scale data processing workflows (preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
