Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years experience building and supporting distributed software applications.
• Strong experience with Microsoft .NET/C# and Java.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable APIs, distributed systems and backend services.
• Experience building and improving CI/CD pipelines and engineering automation.
• Strong understanding of software quality, observability, scalability, resiliency and operational excellence.
• Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership.
• Experience leveraging AI‑assisted engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code) to improve workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
• Passion for continuous improvement and influencing engineering standards.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and React and/or Angular.
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience with messaging systems RabbitMQ, MSMQ, NServiceBus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tooling.
• Experience with observability and monitoring platforms.
