The SDE1 Back‑End Engineer will design, develop, and maintain the next‑generation Practice Management platform, leading architectural work on critical services, collaborating across product, design, and engineering, and driving code quality and Agile delivery within a dynamic, innovation‑focused team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of software development experience.
- Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with ability to optimize performance and scalability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clearly explaining technical concepts.
- Preferred: experience with Spring, version control systems, and relational databases.
