Software Automation Engineer III

The Software Automation Engineer III will design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions, drive operational excellence, and leverage AI to create sustainable automation frameworks while collaborating cross‑functionally and supporting manual testing and release activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript with Selenium and Playwright
• Data‑driven mindset enhanced by AI for pattern detection, risk prioritization, and rapid decision‑making
• Proactive use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Augment) to write code faster and reduce rework
• Understanding of code architecture best practices including reusability, maintainability, scalability, and abstraction
• Experience with source control systems (BitBucket or GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Experience working with REST APIs and tools such as Swagger and Postman
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases and ability to analyze data
• Financial industry experience is a plus
• In‑depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development methodology
• Excellent oral and written communication across disciplines and teams
