About the role

The Site Superintendent is the on‑site leader for the Leviathan data center project, overseeing installation, startup and commissioning to achieve Ready‑for‑Service. The role combines construction site management with data‑center commissioning, coordinating the customer’s general contractor, subcontractors, Armada crews and the Commissioning Authority.

Requirements

  • 8+ years construction site management experience, including 3+ years in mission‑critical, data‑center or industrial startup/commissioning.
  • Proven track record coordinating multi‑trade, multi‑stakeholder sites through substantial completion to RFS.
  • Working knowledge of data‑center MEP systems (electrical distribution, UPS, generators, cooling plants, BMS/EPMS) to coordinate startup sequencing.
  • Familiarity with commissioning frameworks (ASHRAE Guideline 0/1.1, Level 1‑5) and ability to translate requirements into field plans.
  • Strong scheduling skills with tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project and experience managing look‑ahead schedules.
  • Ability to manage relationships with general contractors, subcontractors and third‑party commissioning agents.
  • OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain) and strong site safety leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present schedule and risk status to customers and executives.
  • Experience with hyperscale or colocation data‑center construction/startup programs (preferred).
  • Knowledge of building automation/controls systems and integrated systems testing processes (preferred).
  • Existing relationships with major data‑center GCs, CxA firms and MEP trade contractors (preferred).
  • PMP, CxA or CCM certification (preferred).
  • Experience producing RFS/turnover documentation packages (O&M manuals, as‑builts, warranty docs) (preferred).
