The role involves designing and implementing SharePoint Online and related web solutions, translating functional requirements into system designs, testing, documentation, consulting with government staff, and guiding junior team members while contributing to broader technical initiatives such as database design, mobile apps, and security.

Requirements

  • More than 1 year hands‑on experience developing and deploying custom PowerApps using the Microsoft PowerApps Suite
  • Experience building production‑grade PowerApps Canvas and PowerApps Portal solutions, along with Microsoft Flow and SharePoint Online
  • User‑centric UI/UX design experience using PowerApps Canvas and responsive forms
  • SharePoint Online development experience
  • Experience working in an Agile team environment
  • At least three years of substantial, hands‑on experience on the systems being used
  • Proficiency in HTML, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, XML, Oracle 12c and related ASP technologies
  • General knowledge of Microsoft IIS, UI design, web design, security, relational databases, and object‑oriented principles
  • Strong editing background and ability to work with multiple groups across the Civil Rights Division
