About the role

The role is a field service technician who travels to customer sites across the island and Caribbean to install, maintain, calibrate and repair laboratory instruments, provide technical support and training, document activities, and help develop preventative maintenance and qualification procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Chemistry (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of related technical experience
  • Experience in preventive maintenance, IQ/OQ/PV, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, spectrophotometer, and electronic/mechanical equipment
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including design, use, repair, and maintenance
  • Strong analytical skills for problem‑solving and decision‑making
  • Full bilingual proficiency (preferred)
