Senior Video Editor

About the role

The Senior Video Editor is an early hire for Owner’s Media team, responsible for end‑to‑end editing of internal video projects (sales enablement, product launches, case studies, recruiting reels, training, executive decks) and will own SOPs, vendor QC and performance reporting while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. The role is onsite in San Francisco and reports to the Chief of Staff to the CEO and VP of Media.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional video editing experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling and visual craft
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience editing internal, corporate or B2B video content and tailoring tone and pacing for different audiences
• Proficiency in color correction, audio enhancement and sound design
• Skill in motion graphics, kinetic typography and basic animation techniques
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Clear communication skills for taking creative direction from non‑video stakeholders and providing feedback to vendors
• Curiosity about AI‑driven tools, automation and new media workflows
• Based onsite in San Francisco, California
