Senior Technical Recruiter, Production Engineering (Intelligence Systems)

About the role

The role is a hybrid (Costa Mesa, CA) 6‑month contract Talent Acquisition partner who will own full‑cycle recruiting, talent mapping and process improvement for high‑volume hiring of hardware, production and manufacturing engineering roles, with the possibility of conversion to full‑time.

Requirements

• 8+ years high‑volume talent acquisition experience evaluating and hiring top‑tier talent
• 3+ years experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders, reporting progress and advising on talent strategies
• Experience recruiting at an agency and fast‑paced startup, hiring exempt roles for hardware, production or manufacturing engineering
• Ability to work onsite/hybrid at the Costa Mesa, CA office
• Knowledge of ITAR hiring policies (preferred)
• Experience sourcing and building pipelines for niche engineering roles, especially electrical, mechanical and software engineering (preferred)
• Consultative approach that has led to improved outcomes and positive candidate experiences (preferred)
• Clear, effective communication with candidates to assess motivation, drivers and fit (preferred)
• Experience managing multiple high‑volume candidate pipelines and tracking progress (preferred)
• Highly autonomous, collaborative and adaptable (preferred)
