About the role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Chicago, IL or Columbus, OH, will own full‑life‑cycle recruitment for technical and non‑technical positions, partner with HR and hiring managers, maintain market intelligence and talent pipelines, and support the firm’s overall recruiting strategy.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (graduate HR degree a plus).
- 6+ years of full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience.
- 2+ years experience in professional services (preferred).
- Direct knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition strategies and practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
