Senior Systems Analyst

Requirements

• Significant experience with Relativity, including creation of ARMs (Archive/Restore/Move)
• Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and standard operating procedures
• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience with the relevant systems
• Broad knowledge of government IT environments, including office automation networks, PC and server‑based databases and applications
• Experience in a litigation support environment (highly helpful)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Supervisory experience (strongly preferred)
• Ability to lead a technical team, provide direction, and analyze attorney needs to design and implement system solutions
• Preferred: Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Infrastructure Specialist certification
