The Senior Staff Civil Engineer based in Princeton, NJ will lead planning, design and permitting for civil and land‑development projects such as mixed‑use sites, shopping centers, residential, higher‑education and federal facilities, working within a collaborative team and a continuous‑learning environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT certification; PE certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in site/civil design, including site planning, grading, storm‑water management, drainage and soil erosion control
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with solid analytical, multitasking and judgment abilities
- Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work collaboratively in a team environment
