About the role
The senior software engineer will own the full‑cycle development of user‑facing features and internal tools, collaborating with the engineering team to design, build, test and maintain React front‑ends, REST APIs and background services that improve admissions workflows.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of engineering experience building highly scalable distributed systems.
- Self‑starter who can rapidly learn new technologies and turn high‑level tasks into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated ability to triage and prioritize production incidents efficiently.
- Ownership mentality and resourcefulness.
- Organized with high attention to detail, emphasizing quality code, automation, validation and testing.
- Experience with AWS, LLMs, TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language for cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience building automated workflows.
