Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of local site/civil engineering experience focused on land development for small and large projects
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
- Proven ability to design and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control from concept to completion
- Strong client development and management skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred
- Active participation in professional organizations
- Experience in technical and proposal writing with strong attention to detail and analytical judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license in good standing
