Requirements

• 4+ years of project management & operations experience with an emphasis on entertainment, tech, and/or strategy.
• Proficiency with project and communication tools such as Excel, Monday, JIRA, Asana, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and organized approach to autonomous and team‑based workflows.
• Experience in a highly iterative, collaborative environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
• Thoughtful approach with a genuine desire to achieve the best results and continue learning.
• Ability to remain calm, cool, and collected in high‑pressure scenarios, maintaining a positive, solutions‑oriented attitude.
• Passion for the video game industry (desired).
• Previous professional experience in gaming (desired).
