Senior Product Designer

About the role

Radar seeks a Senior Product Designer to own and lead design of its dashboard and product experiences across the location platform. As the sole senior designer, you will shape the design system, turn complex technical problems into intuitive interfaces, and influence product and design culture, reporting to the VP of Design and working on‑site Monday‑Thursday in NYC with remote Fridays.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience at a product‑driven technology company
• Strong UI, UX and visual design craft with excellent product instincts and attention to detail
• Highly proficient in Figma and experienced with Claude, Cursor or similar AI tools for prototyping and design
• Ability to turn complex technical, customer and business needs into simple, thoughtful experiences
• Comfortable owning the design process end‑to‑end, from concepts and user flows to production‑ready designs
• Excellent communicator able to articulate design decisions, seek feedback and influence cross‑functional teams
• Experience designing developer‑focused or technical products is a strong plus
• Portfolio showcasing multiple shipped digital products, including complex dashboard experiences, with strong UI/UX, product thinking and visual design sensibility
