About the role
The product designer will act as a hybrid designer, product manager, consultant and design‑system manager, working remotely with high autonomy to own feature design end‑to‑end, create visual artifacts, write specs, consult engineers, and evolve the company’s design system across a large enterprise‑software product.

Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience in desktop SaaS.
- Ability to think from first principles rather than relying on standard UX processes.
- Skilled at breaking down complex user problems by asking narrowing questions.
- Strong intuition to solve usability issues without depending solely on data or research.
- Curious and resourceful, capable of creating creative solutions and de‑risking them.
- Expertise in layout, navigation, information architecture, UI and interaction design.
- Strong visual design skills with an obsession for craft and detail.
- Bonus: experience at an early‑stage startup or as a solo designer on a team.
