Senior People Partner - Engineering

The Senior People Partner will act as a strategic advisor to Engineering leadership, shaping and executing people strategies that support innovation, scale, and organizational effectiveness, while collaborating with the People Partner team and Centers of Excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years progressive HR/People experience, including direct support of VP‑level leaders
• Strong experience partnering with Engineering organizations and understanding technical talent, team structures, and operating models
• Proven ability to build credibility and influence Engineering leadership
• Demonstrated success in fast‑paced, high‑growth technology environments
• Strong business and data acumen, translating insights into clear recommendations and actions
• Experience leading organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership development initiatives
• Track record of partnering effectively with People Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable solutions
• Curiosity and applied interest in AI and emerging technologies, especially their impact on talent and organizations
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with ability to influence and challenge constructively
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
