About the role
The Sr. Network Engineer, Data Center joins Iron Mountain’s Data Center team to configure, install, support and maintain customer‑facing and internal network infrastructure, translating architectural designs into hands‑on execution and ensuring secure, reliable, responsive global network services within a 24/7 support model.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a complex, mixed‑vendor mission‑critical carrier or data‑center network environment
- Deep knowledge of BGP, FHRP, VLANs, Spanning Tree, VPWS, IS‑IS, OSPF and modern data‑center fabrics such as EVPN and VXLAN tunneling
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals, Group Based Policy, IP addressing/sub‑netting (VLSM), SNMP management and traffic analysis tools
- US citizenship required
- Ability to think critically and work flexibly in a 24/7 support model, including weekends/holidays, with willingness to report to physical data‑center sites
