The Senior Manager, Digital Engineering leads and grows engineering teams that deliver scalable, secure, cloud‑native digital platform capabilities, partners with product, architecture and other stakeholders, and drives modernization of legacy applications into modern services.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years leading engineering teams.
- Proven success leading application modernization, digital transformation or large‑scale technology initiatives.
- Strong software engineering foundation with hands‑on development experience in modern application architectures.
- Experience building and delivering cloud‑native, distributed applications and services.
- Knowledge of modern architectural patterns such as APIs, microservices, event‑driven systems and integration frameworks.
- Experience implementing CI/CD, automated testing, DevSecOps, observability and production support best practices.
- Understanding of system scalability, resiliency, performance optimization and operational excellence.
- Experience working in Agile product delivery organizations delivering enterprise software solutions.
- Ability to evaluate technical trade‑offs and balance business objectives, technical debt and platform sustainability.
- Demonstrated collaboration with Product Management, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security and other stakeholders.
- Strong communication, leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring engineers.
- Proven ability to build trust, accountability and ownership across engineering teams.
- Ability to lead teams through modernization and organizational change.
- Excellent communication to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Passion for mentoring engineers and developing future technical leaders.
