The Senior Manager, Corporate Finance Integration is a hands‑on leader within the finance organization who drives financial and operational integration of newly acquired companies, bridging deal execution and post‑acquisition value realization by designing integration plans, harmonizing systems and processes, and ensuring seamless transitions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, corporate development, acquisitions integration, or related disciplines.
- Experience leading post‑merger integration (PMI) initiatives and financial due diligence activities.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, ERP systems, and U.S. GAAP.
- Excellent project management skills with a bias for action and results delivery.
- CPA and/or MBA (preferred).
- Experience within private‑equity‑backed organizations (preferred).
- Background in Big Four public accounting or top‑tier finance consulting (preferred).
- Experience supporting organizations through public‑company readiness initiatives (preferred).
